BIRTHFIT Prenatal Series

*Weekend Intensive*


In a two-day fun, intense, and intentionally short weekend course, you and your birth partner will become educated and prepared for birth.

Class will be Saturday June 23rd 8am-4pm, and Sunday June 24th 8am-12pm. 

  • - You will encounter the four pillars of BIRTHFIT, which are fitness, nutrition, chiropractic, and mindset.

  • - You will experience functional mobility, natural movement, and breath work.

  • - You will discover your own birth desires and design your personal Queen in Training postpartum plan. 

  • - This is a comprehensive childbirth education class for Mom and Partner.

  • - Snacks will be provided, but please bring lunch!
