Dr. Lisa Stein:

Graduating Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 1988, Dr. Lisa Stein has created a practice that provides thorough and professional chiropractic care in a warm and caring environment. At Monta Vista Family Chiropractic people are treated like individuals, and children are given a special welcome. Having a whole body view of health care, Dr. Stein integrates careful listening with thorough clinical examinations.

Dr. Stein is well versed in numerous chiropractic techniques, allowing her to help a wide variety of people, from infants with special needs to seniors with osteoporosis to serious athletes to pregnant mothers.

Treatment methods include: Palmer diversified, Thompson drop, Activator, Applied Kinesiology, Sacro Occipital Technique, Bodinger, and a variety of cranial methods.

Additionally, Dr. Stein and her team employ many soft tissue techniques, including trigger point therapy, active release technique, muscle energy technique (PNF), and massage. Additionally, Dr. Stein includes therapeutic flexibility and strength training as well as biomechanical and ergonomic instruction as an important aspect of each patient's treatment plan.

Dr. Stein also can provide nutritional counseling for a wide variety of needs ranging from weight loss to energy or immune enhancement.

Dr. Stein lives in Morgan Hill with her husband and her twin siamese kittens, Lynx and Cora.
